Our Commitment to Timely Delivery
At Dent Dominate™, we strive to process and ship all orders promptly. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on the specific items ordered and their availability. We use pack and ship(3PL) services located in HKK and Dubai, which allows prompt worldwide shipping.
General Shipping Information:
- Standard Shipping: We offer free worldwide shipping over $1000. Orders are shipped via major carriers with tracking numbers. Please allow up to 14 work days for delivery. Where possible we ship DDP, duties pre payed.
- Special Items and Out-of-Stock Items: For special items or items that are currently out of stock, please allow up to 20 business days for processing and shipping. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.
Shipping Costs:
- We charge a flat rate for shipping worldwide!
Tracking Your Order:
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and our online store.
- You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.
Please note:
- Delivery times may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather or carrier issues.
- We are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed on international shipments.
